As a well-established provider of apprenticeships, CETC (as part of South Hampshire College Group) has a dedicated team to help you recruit apprentices or develop existing staff. We offer a pool of talented, motivated ‘apprentice-ready’ students and provide a free recruitment service.

We work closely with you to ensure the apprenticeship suits the job role and meets your needs. The apprentice must be employed by your company, with most training conducted on-the-job with a mentor. Off-the-job training varies and can include day release or training away from the workplace. Upon completion, apprentices must meet industry standards.
